OVERVIEW
Revinova, a white-label Learning Management System provider, sought to enhance their platform by incorporating advanced sales features, recognizing that educated buyers are more likely to make purchases across industries. I partnered with them to transform their platform into a powerful sales enablement tool while strengthening its educational capabilities.My comprehensive approach included conducting user feedback sessions with sales professionals, analyzing existing platforms, and identifying key pain points in the sales-education connection. I developed a strategy linking educational content to specific buyer journey stages, proposed a badge system to gamify engagement, and designed an AI-assisted visualization tool for sales funnel analysis.Though implementation was ongoing during feedback sessions, initial reactions were highly positive—sales leaders valued the clear ROI visualization, users appreciated the badge system for identifying high-potential prospects, and the concept of connecting educational content to sales stages was considered innovative.These enhancements positioned Revinova to offer a unique education-driven sales tool with potential to increase conversion rates and deal sizes.
